Ridiculous Biz is a live events and consultancy company that works with artists, labels and music tech businesses in the UK and Mexico. We bring creative people together in unique spaces, gigs and festivals to connect and collaborate.

This year we are proud to partner with Platform One to offer an artist the opportunity to play at the Isle of Wight Festival. Platform One is a boutique college based on the Isle of Wight which specialises in high quality education for the creative industries. Each year they run a small main arena stage at the Isle of Wight Festival.

There will be tough competition for this application, as only ONE artist will be selected to play a 30 minute set on the Platform One stage at 7.10pm on Saturday 17th June. We are open to all genres and styles but it must be your own original music!

Each member of the selected act will be given a weekend camping pass for the festival. Travel is not included, however a decent backline is provided to reduce the amount of equipment required. Discounts may be available for the ferry - especially as a foot passenger, so travelling light is highly recommended!
