Big Condo Records is an independent record label based in Liverpool, established in 2015. The label started with hip-hop and soul artists, then moved into R&B, acoustic, pop, and indie. We currently specialise in all genres - we love the music and the artists we work with. Big Condo Records has put on over 500 shows in the northwest and the UK, having regularly put our artists on tour, in support of some major headline acts.

All roads lead to the Big Condo Records Weekender, which offers something for everyone. From punk to rock, to the fiddle-loving flat footer, the music unites all in the northwest of England with both emerging and established acts alike. The Weekender happens every June and features over 100 acts across multiple venues in Liverpool City. The event is 100% independent and has become one of Liverpool city's favourite festivals.
